I can not even open shampoo and conditioner’s top. But I can open oil top. Why is it too tight for me to open it up? Update: I had to take the pump out of the bottle and finally twist to pop up open and put back in bottle. A big mess.

Shampoo came cracked and the pump won't work. Conditioner pump is also broken, I have to remove the tops in order to use. On top of the above listed issues. The oil I received is expired.
