Okay, so lets get the one negative out first, attached is a photo of a odd defect I noticed about 3 days into sleeping on the mattress. The photo was taken approximately week three which would had been 29th of March. To me I don't see any change in the performance of this beautiful mattress from this defect, although it is just super cushy in that area. Now, deeper into the mattress. It is exactly as advertised medium-firm. After letting it breath for about 87 hours I began sleeping on it. Now anything would be an improvement from what I was on the last few years, that being said for "taking a chance" on buying a mattress online and extensively researching for weeks, i can say I am completely happy with my purchase. I do prefer a firmer mattress so after about two weeks I added a bunkie board to my frame which doesn't require a box spring, just as the mattress. Prior to the bunkie board it was a more firm but hug you feel, now with the board I get the support I need for my back and knee issues. Even my physical therapist (who helps track my sleep with my ring) is really impressed with the deep sleep I'm now achieving and how much less I am awake, or roll. Being able to sleep on my back and stay in that position for more then half the night has done wonders! I am just over three weeks in and am really enjoying this mattress. Definitely a good investment in my opinion. Give it a go! Ps. I also follow the instructions to a T, including letting it breath daily, I'm not sure if it's helping but there is definitely zero trace of sag or body indentation.

Very supportive and comfortable! Best sleep we've had in years. We don't want to get out of bed in the mornings. Better than our old Nectar and Sleep Number for way, WAY less money! Don't think about it, just buy it!!

Developed a big lump where the top portion of the mattess bunched up. It set up easily. Looked nice. Just a bother.

We order this mattress for our 14 1/2 year old daughter. We’re in the middle of building her bed frame. So it hasn’t been put on it yet as it’s a DIY bed. lol However the mattress is freaking heavy!!! I was home alone and getting it upstairs was HARD. do not do it alone. lol After 5 mins it was up and open. After 5 hours it was pretty and nice. After 24 and 48 hours it was really nice to lay on. She loves it. I think if your more then 150 lbs. this bed will be to soft for you unless you want soft. Other than that… it’s perfect. I gave it four stars only bc the corner of the mattress is like the pic posted.. those are the only area that didn’t work out so well.

(UPDATE AT BOTTOM) Only leaving 4 stars because I only got this mattress today and haven’t actually had a chance to sleep on it yet. However I will say, this is now the 3rd mattress I have bought from Amazon in the past couple weeks. The first 2 were fully foam, not hybrids. They gave me back paid for the first time in my life. No joke. (I’m only 26). Thankfully i was able to get my money back on those so I could continue my seemingly endless search for a decent mattress that doesn’t cost 4 figures. Right off the bat this mattress is more comfortable than the first 2 I tried. I was trying to figure out exactly what it is I need out of a bed, and boy has this been a learning process. I’ve slept great with extra firm mattresses before so I was confused why the firmness of the first 2 mattress was such an issue for me and causing me so much pain. So I pretty much asked my friends and family what kind of mattress they have, and have even laid on some of them so try to figure out what kind of mattress I need. Turns out, I don’t think it’s about the firmness. The issue I was having was that these foam mattresses have NO give. No spring or bounce or anything. So the lack of pressure relief, transfer of weight, it was all miserable. Im 5’5”, 130lbs so I really didn’t anticipate this as being an issue. Now this mattress, I guess third times a charm but I’m almost nervous to say it too soon and jinx it! Being a hybrid it has springs inside as well as a small layer of foam at the top to help with cushioning and overall softness. I love love love how this mattress feels. I can already tell just by how this mattress actually has some bounce to it that it is going to be much more comfortable. I’m hoping after a few days my back pain will subside 🤞🏻 Long story short, SPRINGS, PEOPLE!!! GET A MATTRESS, WITH SPRINGS!!! My days of foam only mattresses are done 🙌🏻 ——————- UPDATE: Lost 2 stars. This mattress was nice at first, but it is incredibly soft. Like, WAY too soft. I’m mostly a side sleeper and this is still way too soft. And if I try to sleep on my back? Forget about it. Again I’m not a heavy person so I know it’s not me. It feels like it is sinking, and definitely does at least temporarily in the spot I lay in. I had back pain before from my previous mattress being too firm, now I have a different kind of back pain that is no less miserable. I don’t know if an extra firm topper will help, I’ve never tried one before but definitely will be looking for one now. So this mattress MIGHT be good for either a small child who weighs next to nothing or someone who prefers to sleep on mush. ——————- Another update: Customer service is being helpful and offered a refund for this mattress.

I used to work in the furniture industry and sold mattresses I was hesitant about a mattress and a box I'm not going to lie.... Pulled this out of the box threw it up on a platform and boom I now have a very nice mattress that will work for me for a few years.... Maybe not 10 years but I'm glad I did this. Fair warning the box is heavy !
