I got the box today, it was scratched and slightly damaged because of shipping, but the inside was properly wrapped so no damage to the interior product. Putting it together was easy, it comes with the Allen wrench and all pieces were there. The holes all aligned perfectly and the bed ended up being a hit. Got this bed thinking it looks pretty simple to put together, took us a couple hours as in the end you attach the LED strip to the frame with some tiny little screws. The head board is weird as there are 2 positions you can put it in, but by the time you get to attaching the headboard its like yeah whatever just get it on there. Partly also because when you are setting up the headboard the rest of the bed is not yet together so you are kind of guessing which position you will like. The LED lights are nice, was pleasantly surprised there is a mode that changings colors to the noise or your voice and my son likes to change the colors. ... show more

If you are a small person and you will be the only person sleeping in this bed then you should be fine, maybe… Definitely not for two people. The material in the wood is very cheap and not durable. I tried to lay on this bed with my husband, and we were both drooping down in the middle of the mattress. We had to go to Home Depot and buy plywood to put underneath, so the mattress wouldn’t sink through the wooden slats. I don’t know about all these reviews saying that it’s good because it was very challenging to put together and you have to put the lights on yourself and the lights don’t really stick very well. I had to go buy glue to actually make it stay on the underside of the bed , I’m very displeased with this purchase and I wish I would have skipped and went to the next thing . ... show more

From the pictures, I expected a much larger frame. Although it is a beautiful bed, it is very very low to the ground. It is however, very sturdy and made with quality materials.

    • Great looks, very stable, and sturdy enough to survive moving to a new house.

The only issue I had with this frame, was a damaged led strip. I contacted customer service about it. They immediately responded, had me send a picture of the issue and sent me a replacement led kit. Very helpful, very friendly, and most importantly on the ball. As for the frame itself, I love it. I wasnt sure if I would like the low profile or not, as I normally have had a bed/box spring combo that sat much higher up. But honestly I found myself liking it better. But I guess thats just up to preference. The design has a very big advantage that I hadn't considered until recently, (around two months or so since purchase), i havent stubbed my toe on my way to bed lol. The way the front is designed, and the padding on the front make this a non issue already, but then add in the schedule able lighting and my toes are thanking me. This frame also survived moving, without disassembling it. I feel that is notable. So if you're looking for a modern look, and are like me and always stubbing your toes in the dark, give this frame a try. You really can't go wrong. ... show more
