My teenage son loves his new bed! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because underneath the shelves should be completely covered so the mattress doesn't wiggle around. He doesn't really care, he loves the bed. Only moms care about things like that lol. He's looking forward to putting things on his shelves. Great buy!

it took about four and a half hours to put the bedframe together, once it was finished though it is absolutely fabulous. It doesn't creak when you roll over, i don't have issues with items i have standing on the tops shaking or falling off the bedframe. only minor issue was one of the wood pieces came without a pre-screwed hole, but it was easy enough to fix. its also pretty low to the ground, so if thats an issue for you dont buy this frame.

Bought this bed for my son who’s almost a preteen, and needed a more grown up bed. It’s nice. Was easy to put together. Only took us 2 hours to put together. The LED lights are awesome, my son loves them. My only issue, is the big open gap for his mattress to move and slip more under the shelf. That’s the only thing I would change. Because now he’s going to have to adjust his mattress every single day so it doesn’t slide. Overall though, was worth the money I spent. I’d give it 5 stars but the open space between the mattress and under the big shelf is just terrible. So I have to give it 3.

Mom here - I bought this full bed for my son's room because of the slanting walls. I put it together my myself in about 5 hours. The pieces were all labeled, all holes lined up & once you focused on how to read the directions they were pretty good (except the insane plastic clamp on the wire basket that one took some swearing). My only complaints are that the book shelves are not tall enough for his books to stand up right & the lights only work if you download the app. I wish I had thought ahead about the 100 pound package being delivered lol I had to slide it inside & bring it upstairs in pieces!

The bed is great, if you want to use the empty spaces around the bed I'd suggest an 11' bed. The customer service is really what excelled my expectations though.
