Bed went together very quick for somebody with tools and high mechanical aptitude. First piece of “furniture in a box” that went together smoothly with all holes lined up correctly, tolerances and fitment acceptable, and no gaps or issues. Desk top gaps for instance were dead on. I’ve learned in past to always assemble everything and then tighten all bolts once assembled so I can tweak gaps and leveling of surfaces to be in line. Worked great and very happy. Cons : only a couple and one very common which was hardware quality. Cheap Chinese hardware is very very easy to strip the heads. Couple of the bolts were already loose on bits / drivers and stripped. One of the holes had the threads gummed up with powder coat and bound the bolt followed by stripping head. They did include spare hardware so not a big deal. 5* review on this one. Very happy and the boys LOVE it (even tho eldest had to give up his queen size to share bedroom with middle child since baby brother is on the way). One suggestion, get thicker pillow top mattresses as the thin ones you can feel the metal support bars on top bunk on your knees when you climb up. (Can see old thinner setts in photos).

I had such high hopes for this bunk bed with desk combo. My son finally got his own room, and we were excited to create a perfect space for him. Unfortunately, this purchase turned into a complete nightmare. I spent nearly 6 hours attempting to assemble this bed, only to discover that the pieces simply don't fit together properly. While the materials appear to be of decent quality, it seems the pieces were cut incorrectly during manufacturing. What should have been a straightforward assembly turned into an exercise in futility - no amount of adjusting or realigning would make the components match up. The most frustrating part is the poor customer service. The sellers take ages to respond to messages, leaving us in limbo. Meanwhile, my son is forced to sleep on the couch because we'd already removed his old furniture in anticipation of this new bed. The significant investment in both the furniture itself and the expensive shipping costs makes this situation even more disappointing. At this point, I'm seeking either a full refund or correctly cut replacement pieces, though either option means more wasted time and hassle. It's deeply disappointing that what should have been an exciting upgrade for my son's room has turned into such a stressful ordeal. Pros: - Materials appear to be good quality - Design looks nice (if it could be assembled) Cons: - Parts don't fit together properly - Appears to have manufacturing defects - Extremely time-consuming and frustrating assembly - Poor customer service response - Expensive shipping costs - Complete waste of time and money Would not recommend this product unless the manufacturer can verify they've resolved these quality control issues.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased these bunk beds for my 6 and 8yr old. They love it! They were sold as soon as they saw the LED lights lol. This bed is solid. Very sturdy. They also provide wall anchors if you feel you need extra security. The assembly was fairly easy, but it takes a very long time to put together. It's alot of parts that probably should/could be pre-assembled but overall I'm satisfied with this product. I would recommend using a drill(low power. The provided screws strip easily.) The only concerned for me so far is that there are not alot of detailed instructions mostly diagrams. So you really need to pay attention to where the holes line up.

Some of the instructions were hard to understand in some cases like having certain holes on the same side or pointed at different sides. Some of the holes were made too short that the hole did not match up with the other hole in order to properly place a screw. I ended up with extra screws since I was unable to screw them on due to the holes being unaligned. However, it is a good bunk bed to buy overall.

This was a perfect purchase my kids love this. It was very easy to put together had no issue putting it together I do recommend a drill it goes by way easier and faster to put together. The only issue I had was the shelves weren’t super easy to put together but all in all super easy and a nice fit. Update: still great and sturdy my kids love it the only issue are the pads for the ladder don’t really stay on. You may be better off just ordering something more stable for that your kids to safely climb up on. Over still great!!!!

Its looks cool once you get it put up. But the amount of work you have to put into is crazy business.. the alignment was off. Had to drill extra holes in were the original holes were supposed to be. so if you do not have tool equipment like a drill and things to that nature, I wouldn’t recommend buying this.
