Dickies' flex work pants are our version of the men's flex original 874 pant with an extreme makeover. First, we reengineered the fit for women in the same easy-care, fade-resistant fabric. It has a slim fit and straight leg, making it a very modern and feminine style. The polyester/cotton fabrication means it's very durable, while the back pockets provide just enough utility.

I have five pair of the Dickies Junior Flex Skinny work pant and love the fabric, the movement, and the fit. I am in a situation where I needed to buy 1 size larger but the Junior Flex Skinny were not available so I purchased the Woman's version of the Flex pant in the Slim format. The fabric is not the same at all!!! The Junior version is soft and moves with you; the Woman's version is not soft at all so I sent them back. Please Dickies management, in the future make the Woman's Flex Slim Fit work pant with the same material as the Junior Flex Skinny pant. ... show more

Well made, the slim fit is great. Definitely need to add size 0 and double 0, I got a 2 and there are too big, will shrink using high heat if possible because I love how comfortable they are.     • Great if they were tailored.
I read the reviews and it said to size up so I did. Too tight on hips/ thighs. Also meant for tall people, they were too long for me. (I’m 5’1) They don’t stretch even a little so uncomfortable. The pockets were a good size. If they were tailored to fit then they probably would be good pants.

These are not up to the usual Dickies quality. The inner thighs pilled after one wear. My legs do not rub together much when I walk, so I believe it's a quality issue with the fabric and not from wear. They do fit as expected.
