This bed frame is sturdy, easy to assemble for just one person (though it recommends at least two people...not necessary), and it's really pretty. The only issue I'm having is the length of the frame. I have a standard queen sized mattress (80" long) and it fits so perfectly in the frame that there's no room to tuck the bedding in at the footboard. I luckily have thin blankets and a thin quilt bedspread but if you have thicker bedding like a down comforter, it will be really hard to get it into place and looking nice between the mattress and the footboard. The specs for this frame say it's 83" long but that's counting the headboard and footboard. I just went and measured the length of the actual mattress platform and it's exactly 80" long. So, a really tight fit for tucking the bedding in. Could be an issue for folks with thick comforters. ... show more

.The bed is not sturdy enough for larger people or couples. It has some issues with bolt holes not lining up. The delivery company ups tore the end off of the box and lost parts. I will be returning for a refund. It is not a terrible bed Frame, but the price should be less.

The frame is great quality and the instructions are pretty easy and clear...However... get the ratchet allen wrench !! it's all done by that. Also DO NOT tighten all of the screws until you have all of the bars in. Its tricky but you have to get them in just right and give a twist and they fall right into place. The only bed thing I found was the wholes in the first photo did not line up so I couldn't get the screws in those. Its threaded so I couldnt even drill it. Seems fine without them tho. I put mine up on pedistols so it sits higher. There are two options on each of the head board and foot board so decide how high or low before you start to attach. ... show more

My brother got this frame together in about 45 minutes, I love how low it is with me being only 5 foot two I didn’t like my last frame because I could barely put my feet on the floor.
