So first of all, this was *super* easy to assemble. All you have to do is screw on the legs, and then slide the backrest to the seat of the chair. It has a nice “slide” feature so no screwing anything, just click it into place. A tip for putting these pieces together: have a hammer on hand to “bend” the metal on the seat out. It was a bit too tight in the position it came in.. this will sound confusing, but make sense when you are assembling it. Trust me, a hammer will save getting your fingers smashed :o It haas really nice fabric & the stitching is well done. One piece in the front was a bit loose, but otherwise feels great. I’ve never had real leather furniture so I can’t really compare it, but it seems sturdy.. I guess time will tell. I do wish the legs were a different color but I suppose I could spray paint them.. they’re a red brown type wood and sort of clash with the orange-y tone of the chair. Now, the biggest con for me is the size. It’s HUGE. It’s not super tall or anything, but it is very very wide. I’m sort of an average sized person and it’s just awkwardly big. I have a pretty small living room so it’s not ideal for me, but I guess I should’ve measured better. The photo makes it appear to be much less wide than it is, which is why I bought it. However this could be a good thing if you need a larger chair or have a large space to put it in. I definitely took a risk with this one as there wasn’t any photos and barely any reviews, but I would recommend it. However - it doesn’t recline (as it appears to in photos) and the back looks a bit cheap with the velcro piece that hangs over. If those won’t bother you, then it’s great. Sturdy and good quality fabric. It’s not the softest or most comfortable thing ever, but I’m sure it will break in at some point. I wish the cushion had more “stuffing” to it, as it feels thin when sitting on it and again is pretty firm. But most of these “cons” are just personal taste really. Material is soft and comfortable. Bottom of the chair is a little stiff but it’s not a slouchy chair. This exceeded my expectations. Love the quality. Screw the legs on and pop the back on and your ready to go.

I just purchased a home and brought very little furniture with me a year ago when I moved from out of state. I needed an inexpensive sofa with a mid century look and thought this might work well. It’s ok but does look a little on the cheap side in person. The two sections of the futon are attached by hinges on the bottom and the don’t match up perfectly. Also the back is not overly attractive. There are Velcro strips to attach down the center of the back…it would probably be better without those. It definitely looks better in photos. Time will tell how well it holds up. Most of the assembly was fairly easy, however the little wrench included is almost useless. Ended up grabbing an adjustable wrench out of the tool box to use instead. The legs were a little difficult to put on. We love this chairs, beautiful especially for the price. Could potentially be scratched so we are careful with it. However, watch the shipping timeline. The shipper was 3 days late in the item arriving, and the seller waited until we contacted the seller to actual print a shipping label and ship the item even though they said it had shipped 10 days prior (so about 7 day delay overall). Received this chair at 11:30 and had it completely assembled and in my living room by 12:00 and I am not ‘handy’ in the least so could easily be assembled in 15 min. Looks good- except one arm appears to have a small dent in it. Not really noticeable but still. All in all a good chair for the cost as I’m only really using it as decoration. Not comfortable as it’s really stiff but I guess it might soften. I would recommend for the cost and aesthetic🥂🏆 ... show more

This couch was incredibly easy to put together. Just a few bolts and screws were needed. And the fauxleather is high quality for the price. My only complaint is the comfort level. It is hard as a rock. I’m hoping it softens over time as it would Only be good to look at not actually use.

My belief that you’ll get a more comfortable experience from a stack of bricks and a blanket is as firm as this couch. Only reason I never bothered returning it is because my cat clawed the back a week into owning it. My advice would be to take the money you’ll spend on this couch and use it as a down payment for a more comfortable one if you ‘must’ have leather/faux leather.
