So my bedframe arrived yesterday (on time) it's very heavy and sturdy which is great...just not when you're doing a 2 persons job alone 😒 I got mines in grey because it was the darkest color to match my tv stand. I have to say by viewing others reviews I thought it would be dark grey, buts its regular grey; so it's noticeable but not in a bad way. So it took me about 4.5 hours to do this alone. I only had help putting the very top on the canopy which is closest to the last step. I am so pleased with the frame and so is everyone else. It looks great in my room! It's big but not to where it takes up all the space (guess it depends on your bedroom size) I just absolutely love it. I was scared at first to sleep in it only because 3 screws didn't get placed because of the way the metal is it was melted over the holes BUT I didn't make a deal about it because there is so much security with the other steps that I was fine and truly I am because its that well made. The bed only screech down on it knees first in the middle but NOT loud at all u have to seriously be listening for it. I like that the frame holds up to 500lbs. I'm a big woman and tall (5"11) and I have a box spring/6inch mattress memory foam on top and there's no problem and it sits high enough which I LOVE!!! Also a heads up: the very last step had me thinking I was missing the bottom pieces to close the end poles but it is built in. I called the number on the directions and we laughed eel gen I checked. & Also directions were very easy to read but if you do get lost don't hesitate to call the number provided because they will answer to help!!! I purchased this bed in the gray king size on July 7, 2025. So far the only issue I’ve had is a little squeaking but it doesn’t squeak w/ every movement. I have had to tighten screws. There are products you can put on the screws to prevent that but it hasn’t been a big issue for me. The rails are thick and very sturdy. I am 229 lbs. My 12 inch mattress fit great but I could’ve went for the 14 inch. My package was missing a few slats. I contacted the company directly online and filled out a form for the missing pieces. The pieces were sent out with in a few days (no additional cost). The company info will be listed on the front of the manual. I love my bed. Definitely worth it. ... show more

This is a nice quality bed and the inserts, instructions, packaging are all really well done and easy to understand. Extra hardware included. Easy build. The one we ordered was in a bashed-up box and the weight surprised us. It is quite heavy (label on box said over70 lb) and bulky in box when it arrives so he ends of the box can get easily smashed up in transit. The bed had one itty bitty scratch on one tiny part. The rest, in spite of its rough transit, remained in good condition because it is a seriously well-made bed frame. Took two adults to get it in the house. There are no knobs on the top corners, so it is a good option for a fabric canopy. We ordered blackout tab top curtains to go around three sides (as a canopy alternative) and the canopy rails fit through the loops of the curtains as if it was all made to go together, and it works like a dream!
