I had to replace all to replace all the slats because not a single one of them was long enough to go the whole width of the bed. First time my 115 lbs teen sat on it the slats broke. This bed looks good once assembled, but you must contact the manufacturer to get an instruction book email to put it together and it doesn’t come with enough slats to properly balance the weight I had to add my own😵💫

This is probably the worst bed frame I've ever seen. First off, about half of the parts were missing in the box. There's a certain dispensation I can give for a screw missing, or a bolt that is the wrong size, but genuinely--about half of the items were missing. Not a single bit of this bed is pre-made. You are buying 2x4s (and apparently no screws.) You would be better off going to Home Depot, going to their lumber section, and asking for discarded bits from prior customers. You're getting roughly about the same quality and effort. The only advise I can give you is: save the box. You'll need it for the return. ... show more

I ordered 3 of these platform beds in full size bed frames. First box had parts missing AND the foot board only had 3 screw holes instead of 4. I didn't have electric tools so I couldn't make the 4th hole, but it wouldn't have mattered because I couldn't get the missing hardware. When I called the company to send me new parts/frame, they told me they didn't have them and that I would need to return the platform for a refund. Second bed had all the parts and the instructions made it easy to put together until.... like one of the other reviews here, when I got to the cross boards they were not long enough so there was no place to secure the nail to the middle board. When you put the slats down, there are no screw holes for the side boards...probably because the manufacturer knows the slats are too short! Soooo frustrating and disappointing! Did not even bother to open up the third box. Just dismantled the second bed frame and sent all three back. ... show more

    • Flimsy, doesn't hold up
Had this for 4 months and screws are coming out and breaking, small pieces of wood started falling out and then larger ones. I sleep alone and weigh 140 lbs., the wood is just not sturdy or good quality. Outer edges are ok, but the whole bottom would need reinforcement.
