Item came in what was left of a box. The UPS lady said it was boxed inside - it was not. The mattress came with a tie around it and dirty. As you can see the instructions came out of the "box" bent and dirty. I really do like this futon after I cleaned it up. I just wish it had been brand new

My Futon came with no instruction Manuel! It's super complicated to put together, after watching videos and seeing other ppl had the same issue I'm done with this. It's laying on my floor in pieces.. Update I still was never sent proper instructions to put this together after speaking and emailing with DHP for weeks! I will never purchase anything from this company again! ... show more
