Perfect bed! Sturdy, nice size storage, easy to assemble. Only part that was a little difficult to assemble were the drawers. The instructions weren’t the best but I’m handy and had my drill so I figured it out quickly and put it together. Took me about 3-4 hours to assemble because I was alone. You will also need a bunkie board since the bed only has 3 wooden panels. I ordered my bunkie board with my mattress from mattress warehouse so no issues here. I recommend this bed to anyone who’s on a budget but needs a good solid bed. ... show more

My 20 yr old son and I read the reviews prior to him assembling this bed. He did it mostly by himself. We added bunkie boards as he got a foam mattress. We loved the set up and drawers. Do be advised, the drawers aren't on tracks, so they do tend to "wander", but they are very sturdy and deep. Fast forward 11 months and one of the cross bars in the frame broke. Reached out to the manufacturer and they immediately responded and after coordinating broken area, they shipped a replacement faster than I could've ordered a new bed frame. With customer service like that, I would definitely order from them again! ... show more

This is a really nice looking bed when complete. I was worried about the studded "wings" on the headboard sticking out too far, but they really don't (you can leave them off). The 4 drawers and drawer placement is awesome! But (and it's a big but if you have a bigger butt) this base needed much reinforcing so I will only give it 4 stars. The frame they provide is NO WAY strong enough to hold up a queen size heavy foam mattress plus two adults for combined weight of 400 pounds all told. You will definitely need to reinforce this base somehow. We opted for 3 thick piece of particle board, for an extra cost of about $80. Assembly took a few hours. The drawers took the longest amount of time to assemble. Nothing was terribly difficult if you follow directions, but it is time consuming. The trip for the reinforcement board took extra time, and you can't really guess at size until it's together. Shipped in 3 boxes. ... show more

There were lots of pieces and lots of steps. It took two of us 4 hours to put together. All the pieces were there. There was some slight damage in the headboard which we fixed ourselves. The directions were just okay. We have seen better. The bed came together nicely. The drawers were nice. We used an split adjustable base system with it. It worked well. I would purchase it again. I would mention that the boxes are heavy and UPS helped get them on the house. ... show more

Yes it’s a beautiful bed buuuut…….On the first night of sleeping on this bed my boyfriend and I felt some sagging so the next morning we used the drill to tighten everything again. The headboard is secured to the frame by only two screws in one location so it moves with every move you make by the way. I had to buy more slats because it came with only had three. (Insane) The next day I went to sit on the bed and laid back in the middle and the middle beam cracked. I weight 170lbs by the way. The wood is unbelievably weak. My boyfriend found some wood made adjustments and it still feels unsturdy. We are also drilling screws into the side of the headboard to attach to the frame so it wouldn’t stop moving (because if we ever did anything on that bed that was more than a simple toss and turn through out the night I’m sure it would fall apart). Save your coins and buy somewhere else!! ... show more

I'm glad I took the chance and order this bed. I feel it's a really good bed for the price. Even though each slats only has one feet as a supported in the middle it's more supportive than it looks. We thought we would have to go to home depot to have more feet cut and use as a supporter but surprisingly what came with the bed was sufficient. As far as the installation instruction is concern we knew it wasn't good based on everyone's complaint so we just watch a YouTuber showing how to put this bed together and he was really good and we got it right the first time without any problem. This bed shipped very quickly and at first I received the wrong color head board. I reached out to them and they immediately shipped the correct color Headboard and it was received within a few days. Putting the whole thing together was straightforward (we used 2 people to make it go faster but one person could've done it). It seems sturdy and has been comfortable to sleep in and the drawers have been smooth too. We used some 2x4 boards from home depot rather than a bunkie board and they've worked great. ... show more
