Let me start off by saying I love the look of this light. However, we had to get a replacement because the first one was not able to be assembled. The arms are threaded to be able to screw into the pieces that are hanging down. One arm came without an end being threaded so we were unable to install that light altogether. The replacement that came was also not correct. One of the sockets was partially hanging out. We discovered this after we had the light installed and started putting the bulbs in. The bulb was partially hanging out of the socket. Such a shame and extremely frustrating! The light also flickers from time to time. Whoever is doing product quality control checks is obviously overlooking everything! ... show more

The lighting fixture itself is very cute and the instructions are mostly very simple to understand. It comes with most of the tools you need (no screwdriver or electrical tape). But so far it looks great in my entryway.
