I got this product a year ago since I am not a cold weather fan, but I'm a mom who has to sit at outdoor events in the North for her kids. The jacket is nice, fits well, even if I'm wearing a sweatshirt under. After a year though, the pin of the zipper has detached from the zipper teeth, making it difficult to zip ccorrectly. I have been wanting one of these jackets for a long time. I have Raynaud's and when I get cold I physically hurt. And I get cold easily. I ordered this jacket in a Small even though Amazon said to get a medium. I am happy I got my normal size and didn't size up. I am petite and the arms would have been super long if I had sized up. It sits right at mid-butt length which is ok for me. I plan on wearing it all day at work so it isn't too long but just long enough I wont get a draft up my back. I agree with other reviewers that if it is too big you can't feel the warmth. It has a super neat hoody style pocket on the back with a zipper on each side. The front zipper pockets do go up rather high but that doesn't bother me. Charging the jacket did take quiet a while. I also either didn't read the instructions or it didn't specify to HOLD the power button down to turn it on initially. Once it is on you can quickly press the power button to switch between the different settings. I've only played with a little so far but am extremely happy. It is also a nice jacket without the heating function. I like the outer shell fabric. If you have been wanting this jacket (or one similar) go with this one! The arm heaters are a very nice feature and I am so glad I finally spent the money and won't be miserable and cold at work anymore. ... show more

Love the jacket as it provides the necessary warmness i was looking for. However, the jacket is a bit heavy so not sure how it would feel after wearing for several hours. I also dislike the bottom in the front that controls the temperature, it glows red, green or red depending on the level of heat and in my opinion it looks silly. ... show more

Love it! I went with a size down from Amazons recommendation. It was a good idea it fits perfectly. I can stay warm when it’s cold outside. The manufacturer has a 3 year warranty on their site, all you need is your order number from Amazon. Recommending this jacket to everyone I work with.

I am 5'5", 120 lbs, and normally wear a sz Small/Med depending on the brand. I ordered a Small and there was a lot of space. Normally thats great if youre wearing another 2 layers of thick sweaters but the jacket is heated and you want to actually feel that heat. It heats up great but the wrist area stitching also came off within a week. The charger comes with it which is great. ... show more

    • Ok But Not The Best Option

First off I love the design. I like the pockets the zipper pockets and the weight of the battery compared to Milwaukee jacket. I also like the color of the jacket rose colored. The heat works great with layers on I must say however this jacket is more for walking your dog etc. Not for motorcycle riding. I am disappointed that the battery only lasted 2.5 hours. I had it on high for a half hour then medium then low. Within that time frame the battery stopped. So I was cold. I was excited because the competitor Gerbing was double the amount of this jacket. In reality if the company worked on the battery issue it might be a good jacket. One small flaw I tested it with a t shirt when it first arrived and it didn't work in the sleeves via the heat so that was also disappointing. ... show more

I bought this jacket for my daughter who works above a air vent where it’s cold through out the day ,what a great decision to our use this, it’s waterproof and with a push of a button warms her body . I wish it had a removable hood but all in all a great investment !!
