Love this table saw. My father-in-law is always complaining about the newer tools being built with plastic and cheaply made. I can tell you that I don't think that rings true with this product. It is very easy to use and feels sturdy. Also, the cart is a perfect addition. One issue, which is not that bad because it tells you to check it in the manual, is the measurement accuracy when you first open it. A solidly built stand that I am sure will last for years. Unfortunately, the elongated alignment holes on the mount for the wheel portion of the base did not align with their corresponding anchors of the main base frame. Try as I might I could not get the required alignment to start the mounting bolts. Ultimately I had to enlarge the holes on the wheel base to facilitate alignment so that the wheel base could be mounted. ... show more

Firstly I did not purchase this Dewalt DWE7491rs on Amazon, but from a local big box store. Regardless, I really like the saw. It has great features especially the rip capacity. BUT… Dewalt seems to have some quality control issues. The face of the rip fence on my saw is not square to the table (see photos). There is no way to adjust for this. If you search for “Dewalt DWE7591rs rip fence not square “ you’ll find that this is not an uncommon issue with this saw. There are a few hacks that seem to resolve the issue, but for a $700 saw new out of the box it seems unreasonable to have to hack your tool to make it work correctly. Is this a big deal? Maybe not for some, but I will be returning mine for an exchange and hopefully I will get a better item. ... show more
