This is a hefty little beast, which is perfect - weighs just enough so the only thing you have to do is to hold it while it cut. It's OK. My biggest complaint is that the pulleys are unhoused and Dewalt doesn't sell a cover as they do with the smaller model. Even being aware of this, I almost turned my hand into hamburger when first turning this on.
