Where else would you but these !!
1/3rd of the price off on Amazon compared with HD or Competitor(s). More Power to skillsaw, hammer drill and sawzal....For impact screwgun I still prefer the lower amp batteries....Those were the originals and suitable without compromising its delicate electrical components. These batteries charge comparably quicker to originals, on the same chargers. Slim profile but tad wider and for s but snugg in the receiving ends. Still in the testing chapter...1st month since purchased,these new package seem to distribute the extra power but may not last as long on a single charge....Perhaps I've used them in some demanding projects...and misscalculated the time cause and demand. Will have to report back. Over all Dewalt is my kind of tool set and I recommend it to the professionals and Diyers for reliability and ergonomic characteristic. I am very happy with my purchase and will eventually have to replace the other 5 batteries in the future. And you. Probably guessed it...I'll be buying Reliable Dewalt sets and accessories, for a very fair price ...Right Here -on Amazon Prime.

Great battery, value and price.
I hate being in the middle of a project and my battery on my blower goes dead. Perfect for that backup battery when one does go dead. Light weight enough that I can use it with my blower for 45 minutes straight getting all the live oak leaves off my patio and deck using 2 batteries. Each battery lasts about 20 mins. Perfect for those small jobs.

Bigger than expected
I ordered these batteries because I have enough 60v batteries and I wanted a couple more smaller 20v batteries. I figured these would be small enough and I thought the 2ah batteries wouldn't last long enough (plus I already have a couple). When I was shopping it came down to either these or a twin pack of 5ah. I went with these because the 5ah are almost as big as the 6ah batteries. I did read the reviews about how these batteries are wider than other batteries, but I wasn't concerned about that. In the end, these batteries are almost as tall as my 5ah ones which is my only complaint. I wish they were a little shorter. As for the width of these batteries, it is fine. I mean they are wider than the other ones I have but someone noted they didn't fit their impact but I don't have this problem. I have a DCF887 impact and the clip has a little offset to it. It fits on the impact fine, but the clip is touching but isn't forced out of its normal position. In the end I am giving these a 4 star review because the batteries looked smaller (mainly shorter) in the picture compared to the 5ah but they really aren't. I can't find the deal now, but I think a twin pack of 5ah (maybe it was 4ah) was only $30 more and if I had to do it over again I would have gotten that instead knowing the size. In the end I am still happy with my purchase. I am sure the batteries will live up to the name printed on them and I got them for a great deal.

Greatest Batteries I've Ever Purchased, Hands Down!
I bought these for my fiance (for Christmas) since he is a loyal DEWALT consumer. I'm pleased to share that these batteries are still running very strong regardless of daily use for construction projects! They can run about 4hrs before needing charged again. They're also the universal fitting ones, not the big, bulky ones that only fit brand new dewalt tools. My fiance still thanks me for buying these for him to this day as he can get in a full day's work with just these 2 batteries alone. Plus you won't find a better price for this product, trust me I checked! I gave this 5 stars, I would've given it 10 if I had the option!

After 2 years, I am happy
Its been perhaps 2 years. As a homeowner, I am pleased. They take charge and provide power as expected for each different type of device. The flashlight can last countless hours, especially when it's several minutes a night for dog walk in the pasture/ woods. Drills/drivers work great Recip saw is as expected: Good I tend to swap batteries before it's 'dead' as in discharged.

Good balance
Large enough that that you don't have to swap out batteries on your orbital sander in the middle of a job, but light enough that the tool is balanced well. Same for the jigsaw. On my driver I like to use the 2 ah batteries to save some weight, and for things like the belt sander the 5 ah batteries work wonders. If you can only afford one size, these 3 ah batteries are a good chose. And as always, Dewalt brand is the way to go rather than after market ones.
