My experience with the buying, assembly, and use of this table and chair set has been all positive. I did have my apprehensions at first from the reviews that were mostly positive, but some of the negative ones were scary and some unfair. One thing up front, I ordered the set with 6 chairs and the table with the two wooden top parts, and not the one with three sections. Two boxes arrived containing only the 6 chairs and no table. I sent an email to the selling vendor since this was third-party and not Amazon. The vendor got back to me the next day and said the table was in another shipment and it did arrive that day. Very happy with their customer service and response! Five stars. The packing was excellent and had enough reinforcement to prevent damage in shipping, and the wooden table panels even had rubber corner guards. It took me about 15 minutes per chair to easily assemble, and unlike other reviews, the holes aligned perfectly, but like the instructions say I recommend you do not tighten the screws until the end and do it in the order of the steps. Be patient and align the screws as close to perpendicular as possible and they will spin right in. Then tighten loosely only about 50% or just under snug. They will be more level if done this way. I did use the provided Allen Wrench tool to test and align some of the holes that were partially covered by the Rattan material. I did it on a carpet because I found rolling them while assembling and tightening was easier and they would not get scratched up. The screws all worked perfectly, but I found on most of them you had to reach your finger around the back to feel when it was tightened when you felt the bolt start to turn otherwise it will just keep turning once it reaches a certain torque. I tried all of the chairs by sitting in them, with the cushions and they were comfortable and sturdy. I'm 250 lbs. and the chairs did not stress at all. The table was very easy to assemble. While I would not put my full weight on it, I found it to have substantial support for an outdoor function. I read the reviews about the wood being damaged or getting worn out. I bought a cover for it as I did with all of my outdoor furniture. The weather is unforgiving. If you put wooden furniture with plastic Rattan material out in the open and expect it to not be affected by the rain and sun beating down on it and not warping and fading, then you are not being realistic. If you get this furniture, get a cover and protect it while not using it, or put it in your shed or garage wrapped in large plastic bags. All in all 5 stars.

Comes in 3 boxes, which I didn’t know and I panicked when only 1 box arrived. Amazon put me in touch with the seller and they responded immediately letting me know 2 more boxes would be arriving. Easy directions on how to put it together, extra bolts in case you lose any, and everything fit well together. It’s a beautiful set! I highly recommend, plus it’s nice and sturdy. Looks way more expensive than what it cost.

The table set arrived pretty quickly. It arrived in 3 different boxes which I liked because 2 boxes contained 3 pc chair set each and the third was the table set and each had its own screw set. So made it easier to install step by step. The instructions are pretty easy to follow. It does take time to put together if you do not have a drill which I used for the chairs. I installed the set by myself and did not need 2 people. All the holes aligned perfectly. At times you needed to wiggle it here and there but all in all the holes aligned perfectly. Make sure however when you install the table that you do not tighten the sides until the middle piece is in. Otherwise it will not slide through and you will need to loosen it and redo it. It took about 3 to 4 hours to install because some things were not very clear and had to figure it out. I am pretty handy - so it was pretty easy. As far as quality, I live in south florida so keeping it out in the sun and rain will most likely ruin in over the months or years so I keep it under my gazebo and covered when not in use. I took out a star for the plastic material as they seemed to be falling off while installing so I am hoping they last and do not keep breaking with usage. I did not reach out to the seller about it but if any further issues in the future I may. But I do take care of my items so again I hope this set lasts because it is a beautiful elegant piece! For the price it is excellent! The size if perfect for us!

The media could not be loaded. First off, delivery was great. I got it a few days, maybe, 5 days after I ordered it. Surprisingly, they came in all 3 boxes. Although it took us about 3 hrs to install (whew!!!) it was all worth it. I was skeptical at first because I searched, and I mean I searched, the same from another sellers, but this was the cheapest. However, seeing how it turned out (sturdy and aesthetically good looking ), I was impressed the way how it looked at in our patio. The seat Cushion is not too thick (2 in), I put our other old cushions which made them even better so as not to get the new cushion dirty. 🤪 The shipping cost is the only one that I wasn’t feeling good at all. However, taking all things in consideration, it still way cheaper than the rest. Incomparable! I thought I never went wrong with this purchase. I’m a satisfied buyer! I will recommend to our friends who would be visiting us. Thank you!

We bought this set to replace an old one on our deck. It looks really nice once you get it together but it takes a lot of patience and time to get it there. Even though we only tightened the bolts 50%, just like it said, it was a challenge. Also, one of the chair arms was broken but we like it.

First let me start off by saying this table looks beautiful but the quality is trash!! It’s really easy to put together, took me about 45 mins by myself but once it was all put together you could immediately tell it was not sturdy at all. Super wobbly & unstable, I have 3 kids & lots of family get togethers so it would more than likely have fallen apart sooner than later! The chairs were ok but again quality not so good, the wood arm rest was popping up on 2 of them right out the box. Now to make it more frustrating, I returned this bcus for $400 it wasn’t worth it, we’ll guess what… Delivery is on you, yes I was aware I paid $100 for delivery but I had to pay over $200 to ship it back!!! What a rip off and made this whole transaction one I regret!!
