Amazing outside furniture set. One piece did come broken but it’s easy to hide and not a big deal. Comfortable set! No missing parts. Instructions were pretty clear and didn’t take too long to build, about 1 hour. Water and dirt comes easily off as well. Would definitely recommend this!!

Let me start by saying that the product listing of this patio set is very misleading. The measurements of the back support of the couch are missing. And judging by the picture accompanying the product where two people are sitting on the couch (the 7th image at the time of purchase), the back support of the couch should reach the shoulder blade area of a person’s back. In reality however, it barely covers the lumbar area of a person’s back, which makes it unusable for a full-grown adult for lounging, is its intended purpose. And to be completely honest, when you see it fully assembled in your home, it looks and feels like furniture for children, not adults. The measurements that are provided are inconsistent, depicting leg hight of one section as 12.4” and of another section 25” (the 3rd image at the time of purchase), making those numbers unreliable, and leaving the buyer trying to figure out the dimensions of the product judging by the picture portraying two human adults sitting on it (the 7th image at the time of purchase). And, as stated earlier, what you see in those pictures does not represent the reality. There is also an issue with the cushions: they are very thin, stiff, and there is some chemical smell coming off of them. Two of the family members developed a skin rash/irritation after coming in contact with the cushions, which makes me think that the cushions were treated with some sort of chemical that appears to be very irritating to the human skin. All and all, the set is unusable for us, and I wanted to return the set. And when I contacted the seller about the return, they told me that I had to disassemble the entire set and put it back in the boxes to ship it back to them. The assembly of the product took several hours. There were quite a few places where the holes didn’t line up, which made the assembly process a pain and it took way longer than it should have. There is no way I will be wasting another two days of my life to disassemble this thing to ship it back. The Amazon Customer Service was unable to resolve this issue for me either. I am now stuck with the “patio set” that we cannot use and I am out of $350 (the shipping cost was $29.99). I will simply have to trash it. Needless to say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. ... show more

    • Smaller than it looks. Not all parts fit.
I love that this bench is solid wood and it's very beautiful. However, it's crazy small. It is very low, the back doesn't come up very high and I feel like I'm sitting on kids furniture. Also, trying to put it together was not very easy. The screw holes didn't match up, the parts were not even and so I had to drill new holes to fit it together. It'll do the job, for now, and I got what I paid for. It's inexpensive and I love the look. I just wish it was adult size. ... show more

Honestly! This is my most pleasant Amazon purchase in my life! Let me start with the instructions—so clear. They even mention how much percentage you should scroll each step. One step is 50% and the other is 75%. Love this precision. Made the assemble process easy and no reverse steps at all!! The final cushion touch is perfect, the style is so modern.
