This couch is cute but a lil small, it took two of us to put together. Its pretty stiff, but we like that for our backs. lol. The trundle part works perfect and you can take the covers off the three back cushions which is nice.

Overall I like this couch and it provides for our needs very well, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. This product is very low cost and clearly made low cost as well. The cushions were very firm. The seat was very low and short. This is not something you sink into or lounge around on. It would be a good office couch. Or use it for guests you don’t want to stay too long 😅 The sides are very hard and have no padding. Assembly took a while with lots of pieces to bolt on yourself. Putting the sides and seat pieces together can be a pain without another person to help. On one side of the couch, the side lifts up to disassemble, so whenever I pick it up to move it, that side ends up coming off 🤦🏽♀️ The other side assembles so that you have to lift the seat section and slide it down onto the side, so that one is more secure. I love that you can switch around the chaise lounge. The cushions provide good support. A good choice overall if you are looking for an efficient seating place where people will not sit long. ... show more

I was extremely skeptical at first considering this was purchased from a seller with barely any reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised. The couch arrived on the date that was given. All 3 boxes arrived safely via UPS. Everything was included, nothing was damaged. Assembly was somewhat annoying as I had no help so it’s best if you have an extra set of hands to help out. As far as the couch is concerned it’s definitely on the firm side , however the back cushions are are soft and comfortable . I really don’t think the firmness is as bad as some people make it out to be, you’re definitely not sitting on bricks. The fabric is soft as well. I think where the couch really shines its when the sleeper portion of it is pulled out. It’s very nice when you want to kick your feet up and watch TV! If you’re a little bit taller or have longer legs, it might not be the best for you. We have a very small living room space and it fits perfect. Recommend if you’re on a budget or have small space. It’s definitely great if you don't mind firm couches!! Update after 1 month use: This couch as been great so far. Honestly its not as firm as when it initially came in. I think breaking it in and sitting on it over the past month has definitely made the seat cushions softer. No regrets after 1 month! ... show more

This is a very nice looking couch and very sturdy. However, the seat area is not very wide and it is on the hard side. Sleeping on it however, was actually quite comfortable and it’s not quite a full size bed, but much bigger than a twin. I bought this for my daughter I just wish it had been a little bit bigger and a little bit more cushy, but for the price and people with small spaces, it was a great value. ... show more

Great Couch for that Price! Easy to assemble! You certainly get what you pay for here, definitely a little bit on the stiff side of couches but easy to put together, exactly what we needed much cheaper than the Ikea Frighton counterpart

That sectional is so poorly made that I'm speechless. I can't sit on it for more than 5 minutes due to how hard it is. The assembly process wasn't smooth, it only gave me headaches. It's constructed from cheap faux wood and plastic. I understand it's priced low, but I wouldn't even pay $1 for it after receiving it. The problem extends to the very poor customer service, which offers no assistance. I spent my money and now I'm left with no help. I was told by an agent, who was supposed to be a manager (but lacked managerial skills), that I need to put the couch back into the box, which is no longer possible because once it's assembled, you'd have to destroy it (that's the kind of quality it is) to take it apart. I may even hurt myself in that process due to dangerous parts from the couch. The couch can only be shipped back as a fully assembled unit. There's no help, no customer service. They've got their money, so why bother? I wanted to return it, but since it's a cheap piece of furniture, I can't take it apart and fit it back into the box. It can only be picked up as a whole piece, which I was told can't be done. If I try to disassemble and repack it, I'll completely ruin it. Such a disappointing and painful experience. I've lost my money, and now I have to dump it in the dumpster. Beware!!! ... show more

Was easy to assemble. Definitely firm. Bed folds out easily but be careful my daughter pulled the whole thing out. I find if I keep my foot there it's easier. Great for the price.

My children and I have always wanted an L shaped couch but could never get one as our apartment was said to be “too small for one” but this one was the perfect fit.Setup was a hassle in the beginning but after a while it was easy and easy completed in an hour or so.I was a bit skeptical at first as the first couch i purchased was through Amazon but through a 3rd party seller 🤦🏽♀️ the product ended up never coming and so I was given a refund.I still wanted to have hope and buy a nice couch for my home and so I saw this one and immediately fell in love as it’s everything my family has ever wanted for our living room area.I was anxiously watching the shipping updates and was excited and shocked to say the least when the parts of the couch got delivered.The boxes were very heavy and the UPS delivery person was just so amazing and kind as they went as far as helping bring up the packages up to my place! Def love the couch as it’s compact and comfortable worth the money and would definitely recommend!
