Excellent customer service and product. Initially someone picked the wrong brake pads for the front of our vehicle (fortunately we were able to purchase the correct ones from a local auto parts store). I reached out to the supplier and they were VERY AWESOME about sending me the correct ones. They emailed me a fedex shipping label to return the wrong ones and replaced them with the right ones. They were extremely polite, professional, and respectful. They even called back to make sure I had received the correct product. I can always use the new pads for the next change...lol. I will definitely be purchasing from Axel for my other vehicles. I highly recommend their products. Thank you for being so awesome and handling things so quickly!
