I am a professional mechanic by trade, that being said I bought these because detroit is a pretty decent size American company and I thought they would be fair quality parts. However, the front shoes developed a squeal shortly after installing them. I took them apart and checked them twice before I saw why, the shim plate was glued on but had slid on the shoes once they got hot. I then replaced the shoes with good grade shoes from a local store. About a week later I started getting a shudder in the front end, the rotors had warped... I replaced them with decent grade from a local store and all is well again. So much for saving a little cash... When I called about the issues I was told I need to ship them to detroit axle, not worth the cost to get a new set of poor quality parts.     • Measure twice, cut once.
Be prepared to grind the tabs on break pads. They do not fit in the clips. If you somehow force them in they will have premature wear.

Only problem I had, was the new rotors did not come with a replacement screw. In the future you should include this screw
