I installed the rear brakes without any problem. However, when I went to install the front brakes, someone had taken the four spring clips out of the bag! Too late to return cause I needed the car. I had to use the old spring clips. Buyer beware!

Before ordering these brake pads I read the reviews and one from a year ago stated that the clips for holding the pads didn’t work because they were made wrong. I unfortunately assumed the Mfg would have corrected this problem. I was wrong if you buy these for a KIA Sorento count on having to somehow modify the hardware or do as I did and put the old ones back on. I bought a set of front and rear pads for my wife’s 2016 Kia Sorento. The rear pads don’t fit the car, and required me to remove about a millimeter of metal from the frame of the pad to allow it to move when installed. The front set came with clips too large compared to the original. They rubbed on the rotors and caused an awful racket. Beyond that, all of the pads caused a squeal with brand new rotors, right out of the box. One of the clips on the front brakes broke immediately and caused more additional grinding noise. Replaced immediately with Power Stop Sport pads from Amazon, at twice the price. They are quiet, everything fit, and clearly that’s where I should have started. I really don’t write reviews, but I’m hoping to save somebody the hassle I just endured. I’ve done brakes on dozens of cars, and this is the first time I’ve seen this kind of junk.
