Scion TC 2006 old rotors were getting significant rust build up on the edges and some wearing unevenly, leading to faster brake pad wear and annoying scraping noises after heavy breaking. I normally only swap out the worse looking rotor but not this time. I installed this entire Detroit Axle brake set. It got rid of all the noise and made a huge difference for brake feel and performance. Also made sure to bleed the brake lines properly. Didn't expect much for this low priced bundle. If I bought comparable rotors and brake pads separately at a chain auto parts store I'd be paying almost double. Even at this price point these rotors come drilled and slotted and already seem much more rust resistant after rain. Whatever gives it the chrome color is super fresh looking and I'm guessing enhances durability. This all equates to less chance of rust rot/uneven wear or warping from excessive heat build up. Only been a month but so far so good. Very pleasantly surprised. I see no reason to buy lower quality store brands if these hold up. And I'd give another star if I could for the super fast via FedEx delivery straight from Detroit.

Fit perfectly! Easy install. I did not need to turn the rotors before installing to flatten the surface because it was already within tolerance upon arrival. Detroit axle has always done me right with any type of parts I have ever ordered!
