Received this brake rotor and pad set in a completely destroyed shipping box from Detroit Axel, even the boxes the rotors were in garbage shape and torn up from rough handling I suppose. The order was missing both the front and rear brake pad sets. Contacted Detroit axel via Amazon, now Detroit Axel is saying they will hold return shipping costs out of my refund, that’s BS and a bad business practice in my opinion, PS, they shipped free too me from them, but I gotta pay return shipping and handling!!!! ALL I INITIALLY WANTED WAS FOR THEM TO JUST PLEASE SEND ME BOTH SETS OF THE MISSING BRAKE PADS. Lesson learned, I will never buy from nor refer anyone to Detroit Axel. Very poor customer service regarding this matter. AMAZON themselves have been extremely helpful tho, great job to Amazon 👍🏻 ... show more
