The media could not be loaded. I used to pour my glasses of water using the whole jug because I couldn't afford a dispenser at the time. My friend showed me this water dispenser and im in love! I love that its rechargeable because that means less cords on my counter and also that I could take this camping with me to use as a little faucet for washing hands and cleaning dishes. The tube is plenty long for most applications. I currently have my jug in my kitchen cabinet and have the dispenser on my counter top. This is temporary until I can find a cool side table to hide the jug instead.

I drink a lot of water. Every day I drink at least 1 gallon of water, but it has increased because it’s summer. I’ve been doing this for a very long time. I have a 3 gallon container with a filter so I feel that every day to keep it topped off. I ran across this product and it interested me because I have an empty 5-gallon water container. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT 1. The water dispenser itself is not too heavy. It’s easy to move around. 2. It didn’t take a long time for me to charge the water dispenser. However, it did come pre-charged. I think it’s gonna take me a while to get it down to zero because I placed the water dispenser in my home office nook. 3. Before the water dispenser came, I prepared the 5 gallon of water container by filling it with filtered water. 4. It was very easy to set it up. It’s very intuitive. There are only a few buttons, and you can choose how much water you want to dispensed. It goes from 100 mL to 1 L. 5. I keep it at 500 mL because that’s how much I drink on a schedule. 6. It’s able to accommodate taller glasses, but you have to double check because it only stretches vertically up to 6.5 inches. If you plan on filling up a glass that requires more volume, it would be very good to get a glass that’s wider than a typical glass. 7. It was very easy to attach the hose from the back of the water dispenser to my 5 gallon water container. 8. I guess one drawback from this being compatible with a lot of bottles is that it doesn’t come with anything that would cover the top of the water container. I’m trying to find one that would provide a complete seal because some of the caps I found look like there would still be air gaps. I had to create a cover so that the water gallon is not open to air as I don’t want any dust, dirt, or germs to get in there even though it’s not sterile. I think that this product would be perfect if it also had a universal cap closure device of some sort. 9. It doesn’t make a lot of noise when you dispense water. 10. The hose was a little kinked when it came, but it had no problem suctioning the water. 11. It’s very easy to clean the water dispenser. 12. This water dispenser doesn’t have any filter whatsoever so you would have to use filtered water if that’s what you’re used to drinking. OVERALL IMPRESSION: I think that this is a good device. However, I don’t feel that it’s cost-effective and worth its value because it lacks the caps to cover the bottles. There are quite a few products that do the same thing and are of similar value, but they go directly on the water container which eliminates the problem of having to deal with air gaps.

I got this to take to an outdoor event and it worked really well. It is really simple to put together - just a half turn for the spigot onto the base. Put the hose into your water jug on the ground and it will pump the water up and out the dispenser. It did not leak at all and the charge lasted all day. Turn it on with one button and adjust the amount of dispense with the other. You can always stop in mid dispense by pushing the on/off button. The only challenge that I had was that many of the refillable water bottles are too large to fit between the base and the spigot. It would be nice if the spigot were able to be operated in reverse or out the side so I could put the dispenser over the end of the table. It is lightweight and portable. Plan to make your own cover for the water bottle that you can insert the hose through.

Got mine yesterday and just set it up. I was excited to use for my office, but after set up it’s not working. The hose collapses in on itself which prevents water from being dispensed. I’ve tried everything (disassembling/reassembling, reattaching hose, swapping side of hose in water) and nothing helps. I don’t see anyone else mention this issue so I’m not sure if they changed the hose recently or if it’s just mine?

I bought this desktop water dispenser for my work desk, which is close to a shop area that gets pretty dusty. I intended to keep a water jug next to my desk for easy refills. However, I was let down by the design of the tubing. It feels flimsy, and there’s nothing to seal or cover the opening once you drop the tube into the bottle. This is a problem in a dusty environment because there’s no way to keep debris out of the jug. When I tested it at home, it worked fine, and dispensed water as expected. Still, it seems better suited for shorter glasses or small cups. If you want to fill taller bottles or glasses, you might find it a bit awkward. Overall, I think this could be useful for camping or portable situations where you need to fill a pot or small container. However, for my workspace needs, especially for keeping the water clean and dust-free, it just wasn’t the right choice.
