Packaging was good, exterior box was intact. All parts are individually packaged. Very easily assembled. Took me less than 2 minutes. The base is heavy (weighs more than 1 lb, which is good) thus providing a sturdy stand for most microphones. Height is adjustable and easy to do so, as advertised. Honestly at under $10 this is better value than many of the others that cost $15 or $20+. Also I see that there's another review claiming this stand is only for a phone mount. It's absolutely false.
