Thank you Amazon customer service for making the pot broken in transit a non-issue. Worth sharing that original disappointment over there not being too much of a water running trickle effect from this fountain was corrected by putting the unit into a larger and deeper pot. Repurposed an old 4 quart mason mixing bowl by glazing and paiting both the new pot (which is deeper than the original pot) and bullrushes. For the price, the materials are as expected (not real copper, and not real terra cotta), and it sounds good. I removed a star due to its packaging: it ships in lots of styrofoam, which isn't recycled where I live; and the styrofoam was pretty crushed up with lots of damage to the box (but none to the fountain, so at least the packaging works), but this meant that my house was full of tiny styrofoam pieces and a big cleanup hassle. Mine came with a 120 VAC SeaSunStar 7W pump, MZ20450DA. It is delivers around 120 GPH at 0 head, supporting up to 3.3 feet head, and the lift for this fountain is around 2 feet. With the default flow rate (I didn't adjust it), I measured my fountain to be around 7.5 GPH. I intend to switch to low voltage, and it looks like the comparable pump is the SeaSunStar MZ20450AB, but part of the fountain's seal is designed for the thickness of the 120VAC electrical chord, so I'm not yet sure how I'm going to replace with a low-voltage pump. ... show more

Purchased pre owned. Manufacture Defect. Works great after having to re-adjust the stems and leaves so the water would flow properly, which was difficult.

Nice fountain. Works great. Smaller than expected for price. But, obviously my mistake for not reading , but still pricey for size. That is probably the cost for fountains.

Works well. Looks good. Easy setup. I started with the pump flow control at far left and moved 2 clicks right. Directions are not clear on how full to fill the resivour. I filled it to the top cover and have not had any leaks or drips.

Pretty and the pump has held out for almost 2 years. However the stems holding the cups will rust out and collapse within 2 years, which seems strange for a product that gets wet all the time.
