It seems like a lot of people who order this product are incapable of putting it together. Because all 4 of the orders were customer returns (even though I didn't get the "used" discount). However, they are very easy to put together (even with very unclear instructions they send them with), they look great, and should be in the 5-star review section. Sturdy, looking good, made out of plywood, not some cheap stuff. I am completely satisfied with the purchase. P.S. I had a damaged part and a missing hardware pack, upon calling the company, they advised that because it's sold through AMAZON, I am to return the whole thing and order a new one. I think it's a waste to do it that way, but it wasn't my choice. ... show more

Absolutely a disaster Do not purchase - piece after piece! Holes not lined up, my carpenter after 27 years of wonderful work & highly recommended (I’m picky) has so far spent 7 hours in 2 days trying to get this cabinet together & still has to come back again tomorrow hopefully to repair & try to get drawer lined up so it’ll close ALL the way! The wood looked nice upon arrival but as it’s being put together by a professional I hired, the wood started splitting putting draw together, the sliders for the drawer are not lined up, cabinet to be 27” wide -front is 27” back is 26.5” .. I’m hoping 2morrow we can Repaired completely or I’m going to HD. I’m so upset as $385 & not done yet! **NEXT DAY** I had to bring in a Contracter - he said right away, “these are not the correct sliders for this drawer! Were they in a sealed bag or box? I think this cabinet was returned, sliders were switched, then re sold to you & shipped to you!” No the sliders were wrapped in paper & taped together in box. He left and went to his shop, came back with new set of sliders - within 10 minutes new sliders he attached, drawer works perfect now & beings it was a Saturday it costs me $250, plus the carpenter I hired that took 2 days to put this horrible quality cabinet together & he costs me $240, plus the cost of this cabinet $206 .. total almost $700 ... show more

Pattern Name: 1 Door and 1 Drawer Size: 18"x34.5" Ready To Assemble
This is a nice basic base cabinet. It arrived in good condition. It was really well packed and there was plenty of padding protecting the pieces. The instructions leave a lot to be desired and the pieces aren't labeled. The drawers are very solid, dove tail construction, which you have to build, but not too hard. It comes with the door hardware attached, that's a big plus. The most interesting thing, there are no pre-drilled holes for the side assembly or the kick plate. There are holes for the screws in the cabinets, but not in the connectors. This meant drilling thru the plastic covers and hoping it matched up with the holes that were there. Have a lot of tools ready. I had to use cabinet clamps. If you work with another person, that might not be necessary. Took about two hours, what with all the drilling. Look very nice. ... show more

Decent product. Dont mind putting it together. Quality isnt great. You can tell that there is no actual care for their materials, products, or brand. Luckily none of the painted visual areas are damaged, but a lot of the inside has damaged pieced. Easy to assemble. Would buy again as long as they increased the product quality ... show more

Ordered this 42" wide cabinet from Amazon versus paying an extra $200-$400 from DYI store for an assembled unit. Was concerned after reading the reviews, but figured I'd take a chance. They must have improved things since some of the earlier reviews as mine arrived undamaged and all parts were included. Directions for assembly were straight forward for someone who is moderately handy. Fit and finish was very good and cabinet is sturdy after assembly. It does require wood glue for assembly, but comes with reinforcements for corners to ensure cabinet is square. Note it does not come with drawer knobs / pulls so these need to be purchased separately, but overall have to give it 5-stars given the quality and value versus buying an assembled unit for considerably more. ... show more

Cabinet is good quality! There was a minor ding in the wood, but the counter top should cover it. It was a pain to assemble, but sturdy and strong after all the pieces were screwed and glued in.

I'll be honest. I usually do not post reviews. In this case, I just had to. This drawer unit is a piece of junk. First off, the corners of the cabinet were damaged. Then, as I started assembling it, the back panel was split, where the sides meet, and one rail was over half gone. The holes did not align correctly. The drawers did not assemble straight. The directions on assembling the rails were pitiful (and I am an engineer). It took a lot of modifying to make it work. Unfortunately, there is no good way to return it after you start gluing and assembling. The paint job way really poor, also. Oh, you have to provide your own wood glue. This is one of the worst purchases I have made on Amazon. I should not have purchased it since there were no reviews. Find a better unit or go the your local Home Depot and get one pre-painted and assembled. It would be a better value than this drawer base. ... show more

Amazing is one word that comes to mind. These cabinets are great. I have been a builder for a good while and these are just perfect. I never really expected the quality, look and feel. I thought they would be cheaper looking and was ready to upgrade them myself. But, that is not needed, they are very well made. I got these cabinets to do a wet bar in the living room of a house I am flipping. I told my partner I am going to use this brand and style in my next build and probably in my own home, which I am getting ready to start building. . I am just so very impressed with these cabinets, soft close hinges, tongue,and groove, nice solid professional finish. They are better than the higher end cabinets I have in my kitchen.
