Was working just fine when I got it. But it does take forever to download stuff and it lags especially with gaming. Keyboard glitched out and stopped working then started working and finally after one last time of the keyboard not working, I started the return process. Didn't even have it for a full day. This is not a gaming computer by any standard but it is excellent for schoolwork and casual browsing. It performs well for streaming media off youtube full-screen without lag or obvious pixelation. It has a lovely full size keyboard and includes a flexible keyboard protector to limit damage from spills. There is a full size number pad. Oddly, the zero on the number pad is under the number two and three not under the one which is backwards from any normal number pad. Normally to type zero you just click with your thumb but you can't do that on this number pad. Just be aware that it is different. The screen resolution is amazing, better than 1080p. It is clear and bright enough to see in normal indoor lighting. The hard drive is an SSD that is connected by scsi and reads and writes at almost 600 mb per second. Be aware that it has a very low end dual core Celeron processor running at 1 GHz with embedded video with only 128 MB of RAM. It is more than adequate for normal usage-- simple web browsing and streaming or document editing such as in Google Docs or M365 if you have it. But the low graphic memory and processor speed means that it is completely incapable of any modern graphic based game. It can handle only the basic Windows games such as solitaire. Also, the Windows11 Pro edition it shipped with was already past End Of Life. I had to use the Windows Update Assistant and Media Creator to download and install the current version of Win11. So you must have a fast clean flash drive available to update this laptop to a current version of Windows and enable your security updates. Additionally, this update took almost 12 hours from start to finish because the processor is so slow! That's just a one time event, but you should be prepared! Built-in devices include a fingerprint reader, a webcam, a microSD card reader, a headphone jack, HDMI output, a usb-C port, and 3 highspeed USB 3+ ports. It charges with an included propriety power supply, not USB-C PD. Overall, this is an excellent system for the price. As long as you're aware of the limitations and aren't expecting the performance of a $2500+ gaming system, I think you'll be happy with it. ... show more
