I was pleasantly surprised by these shorts! The fabric has a nice weight to it—light enough to stay cool but not so thin that it feels cheap or see-through. The gingham pattern is classic, and they look much nicer in person than I expected. The elastic waistband is soft and comfortable without digging in, and the relaxed fit gives plenty of room to move around. They have that oversized boxer-short look that’s really popular right now, but they’re still flattering. I wear them for lounging around the house, sleeping, and even running quick errands with a tank top or oversized sweatshirt. The stitching appears well done, the button detail adds a cute touch, and they held up well after washing with no noticeable shrinking or loose threads. I also appreciate that the fabric doesn’t wrinkle as badly as I expected. If I had one small suggestion, I’d love to see these offered in even more colors and patterns because I’d definitely buy another pair. These shorts are incredibly cute and comfortable! The material is high quality, not see-through, and feels durable. They fit true to size. I’m 4'10", 150 lbs, and the medium fits me perfectly. They have a flattering fit, and as someone with thicker thighs, I can honestly say they don't ride up my legs, which is a huge plus. No issues with the fit or quality. The shorts are cute and seem to be well-made. My review is more of a personal issue as I've realized that boxer-style shorts just aren't comfortable to me. The waistband has plenty of give but sits right against the skin, something I personally don't enjoy the feel of. I prefer a softer, stretchier material that doesn't dig in or leave marks behind. Just something to consider if you're like me and thinking about buying these shorts.
