Easy to use
Color: Blue - Black
Great piece of equipment. I use it primarily for sit-ups, and at the age of 68 it’s just the assist I needed.

Yeah, I recommend
Color: Blue - Black
I haven’t had this long but so far I really like it. I have it under my kitchen table for exercising my legs. Has other uses as well, but if you are elderly and have trouble getting up off the floor, can be an issue in using this to its full extent.

Helpful for someone with injuries
Color: Blue - Black
I am injured, due to being hit by a car, and I am extremely limited in the type of exercise I can do. I definitely cannot do sit-ups, but this was advertised as being a versatile piece of equipment where you can also workout your arms and legs (I am physically unable to do the arm exercises). I got this just to do the leg exercises and also the bridge exercise, as that is one of my PT home exercises. The equipment comes with an easy to ready manual. It is very easy to adjust the height of the bars. When doing the bridge exercise, it was really awkward trying to get the equipment in the proper position under me. Once I finally got it in position, I could definitely feel the difference between doing the bridge exercise on my own and doing it using the equipment. You get more of a core workout with the equipment and I felt it down the back of my legs as well. I had some difficulty doing the bicycle exercises. I think I need a mat under the equipment because it wants to slide on the carpet and it wanted to fall forward. It felt like the base was too light. I felt a good burn doing the scissor workout. Overall, I am pleased with this equipment. For someone who is so limited like myself, I’m able to add resistance to my basic PT stretches and workout my core without injuring myself or overdoing it. I am hoping that I’ll improve enough to be able to do the other workouts at some point.
