I did not expect it to be this good. Fantastic video looking through pipes, and the lighting is excellent. The long cord is rigid enough to be able to control your camera on the end of it even when it is several feel embedded into some tight dark place. It does the job well. The only negative is the small hook that comes with it to put on the end. It is WAY to thin metal and bends way too easily, so if there is any resistance at all it simply bends and the thing you were trying to hook slips off. It is basically worthless. I suppose the other little things that go on the end will be just as bad as they are all made of the same type thin metal. But if you think of that little bag of accessories as a freebie bonus, you won't worry about it. The scope itself is really, really good. Holds a charge for a long time too.

Good: Easy to use. Bright light. Sharp image. Decent price. Bad: It was hard to go around corners. Most bathrooms, tubs and sinks will have some kind of T-trap kind of curb and it will take you a bit before u can get around. It was somewhat frustrating and lengthy.

The industrial endoscope is great for remodeling projects and inspecting inside walls and inaccessible spaces. It is ease to use and has great video quality. The two cameras (front & side) are extremely versatile. Note: my original unit had an issue with no signal. I wrote customer service and they replaced the unit under its’ two year warranty. They shipped me a new one within days. Nice to know they stand behind their product and with excellent customer service.

I built a cave for my pond turtles to keep them safe from raccoons at night. The problem has been that it is so secure, I can't even see in there to check on things. So, I purchased this scope and also a cheaper one from another company. The picture on this one was WAY better than the other one. I can see into the cave and even under the slightly, murky water about 12 inches down. The perfect spy tool! There is only the smallest slivers of light that stream into the cave from the stacked rocks so I am surprised at how bright and clear the images are on the screen. It's kind of freaky having their magnified frowny, turtle faces staring straight back at me. I don't think they are very pleased with me invading their private space. 🧐 The cheaper scope had a handle which made it easier for me to hold but the picture resolution wasn't even close and that is what mattered the most for me. The cord is stiff so it does take a little maneuvering to get the camera where you want it. That said it needs to be stiff so you can wrangle it into those tight spots. So, great product at such a low price. Note: I made a mistake when ordering my first one and had it delivered to the wrong address. I ordered another one for the correct address. The one shipped to the other address went past the return date, but they still honored the return and as a matter of fact decided to have me keep it. Really??? Wow! Was not expecting THAT.
