I wanted an irritant for underneath my permanent bridge. I use it in my water pick system. Having to completely rinse out my water pick system after using the irritant is a bit of a drag but I understand. I also have a dispenser to squirt it under just my bridge when I’m in a rush.

I have had problems with my teeth and gums forever. I have brushed, flossed, used water pic, but nothing really helped. I started using this in my water Pic and sometimes as toothpaste. My dental hygienist noticed the difference in my Gums! No more bleeding, less irritated. Great product.

It seems like this is a good additive for my water pick, unfortunately, it hasn’t done much for my gum disease. Tastes good and leaves the breath fresh, it can be hot if it sits too long in the mouth. I can’t give it 5 stars because I was hoping it would help my gums, but I think they’re too far advanced, so for me it’s just making very expensive mouth wash. But, I imagine it’ll work great for gingivitis and preventing periodontitis. So, get on it early!
