Submitted a minimal claim for welding of $100.00 for a manufacture defect of tie down buckles do not fit the too small dolly rungs, sent photos and offered receipt. Total silence from 4 Wheel Online (weeks have passed). Additional Issues not claimed: - The ramps have razor sharp edges. I replaced what were good tires $333.00 on my car. - The right side winch was damaged beyond repair. I order from Amazon for a replacement $77.22 - If your car undercarriage is less than 11 inches under carriage you cannot load. - The latch assemble is on top of the axel cover, a spear aimed at your oil pan not allowing any room for suspension bounce when a vehicle is towed. ... show more

    • Have a PH D in auto mechanics handy, trying to put this together
the product arrived safely but not all nuts and bolts were included, so a trip to the hardware store was required. It came in many, many pieces and one would need a doctorate in auto mechanics to be able to put this together. Had to call in another person to help with installation of brake lines. I guess I thought that the cost of this product would mean it came mostly together, as other similar products were much less expensive. What a headache. I can only hope we have done everything correctly, as we will be pulling our car behind our RV with this product. ... show more

Had to put some of it together which wasnt too difficult but had no instructions so I was guessing which took longer then if had clear instructions.
