PRICE: Shopped around a lot and decided to take a chance on Amazon furniture because of the low price and reviews, and i'm glad i did. Worth every penny! DELIVERY: Arrived in good condition. Hole in one side but didn't effect product. Whole chair was wrapped in plastic. SIZE&COLOR: Fits perfectly in our nursery and goes well with the grey and tan... The color coordination is great. ASSEMBLY: The back was hard to fit into place. My husband was having issues keeping it lined up and sliding it in place and it's actually still not pushed down completely because i told him it's fine. You can't see the gap from the front but theres a small gap in the back. COMFORT: The glide and swivel is exactly what i needed.. it's so comfortable and easy to get up out of. I'm 9 months pregnant and can't wait to glide our baby girl to sleep in this chair. Must-have for nursery if you don't have another recliner in the house (or one that's easy to get out of with a big belly). ADD'L INFO: The flaps have weights in the bottom, which should help them from curling up. The cushion has a zipper so it can be taken off and washed. The back part that gets inserted also has a zipper so it can be washed too. So.. that's pretty cool if you don't feel like steam cleaning it. ... show more

I purchased this for my son’s room as I was moving his old chair to the nursery for a new baby. A couple things to consider for my review: this is my review and how it would pertain to a nursery and breastfeeding, I’m average height and weight, this is my third kid. Pros: Color is as described Chair is comfortable Easy to assemble Spins all the way around Cons: 1. The back is so low that I can’t rest my head on it and lean back. This is particularly troublesome during middle of the night baby wakeups. 2. The chair sometimes makes a “clunking” sound when rocking. Not ideal with a baby. 3. The arm rests are very low making feeding difficult. Overall, this is a good, sturdy chair and I’m happy with it. It works great for rocking and reading/snuggling with older kids. I would not recommend for a nursery or with a baby based on the cons above. ... show more

I purchased two of these for the nursery of my daycare. One went together easily, the second one took a little more strength and some lubricant. The old chairs we had in there, the children could easily move. These chairs don't move. If you lean on them they stay put. I love that they swivel and rock. They are on the firm side, but I like that as when you have a sleeping baby and you are trying to get up, if the seat is too sunk in, it is hard to get up. These ones have the support you need, but are still very comfortable. All teachers that have entered the room and sat in them comment on their comfort. I also love the color. It shows wet marks but doesn't stand out. Also so far all spit up has cleaned up and come out with soap water keeping the chairs looking nice and new. Would buy these chairs again in a heartbeat! ... show more

It looks beautiful and it is definitely a good price but it is NOT comfortable at ALL! I am 5’5” and the arm rests are not tall enough to support a newborn or breastfeed. The back is not tall enough to rest my head if I wanted to, it stops at the shoulder height. It does swivel and rock perfectly but everything else is pretty uncomfortable. I read plenty of reviews on how comfortable this rocker was and I found that it was not comfortable at all for me, very stiff. I really wanted to love it, I kept it for 2 weeks trying to purchase plush pillows and make it more comfortable for breastfeeding but failed. It is very beautiful but not useful. After looking all over the internet, I decided to purchase this glider. I’m glad I did! Wow! Only two bolts and your glider is assembled! If you have to place chair inside a doorway, do that before assembling! After inserting the back piece into the tracks, I tipped the chair forward to assemble and if you don’t push the back all the way down, you can easily line up the bolts with the holes. Then push the back the rest of the way down and give it a good shove to go a bit more otherwise the bolts won’t connect to the threads in the back. Once in, tighten the bolts and you’re done! Chair is comfy and glides smoothly. Plenty of space on the seat portion. The back is not high enough to support your head if that’s what you want. You can see by photos how high it is. I purchased the sailor blue which is denim looking—goes perfect with the bedding I have. Not as deep as navy but close to color pictured. Good instructions provided. ... show more

We loved this chair when it was first purchased for our daughters nursery. It didn’t get much use for the first 6 months but over the last 6 months she has been rocked to sleep for every nap and bedtime every day. The chair is really petite which fits our small space great and the color is perfect, but it started developing a squeak about 3 months into using it. Now it squeaks loudly with each rock and every time you get up, which is not ideal for a sleeping baby. So for a neutral and petite chair this gets 5 stars, for a nursery and sleeping baby I give it 2 stars. ... show more
