My storage unit lock was picked and then things were stolen so I was told to get a combo lock. Yes, I saw that you cannot reset....and I put it up in such a hurry I can't find the code I used. It does what it says. It is so strong that our Maintenance could not get it off with a grinder. So I'm stuck without use of the unit. I know, my bad. Wish there was a secret place to go for help to get it off. So, highly recommend - only if you can find the code you set. ... show more
