Bought this and it worked great for two years. Then it started acting up, called Delonghi customer support multiple times and they said they were unable to verify warranty and that it would need to be sent in for repair with no estimate on cost. Instead they offered 20% discount to upgrade. When I called to Upgrade despite having discount offered in email customer service (while being quite rude) said they would not give discount. WTH? Will be going with a different brand going forward. Obviously they don’t stand behind their word or products. ... show more
