I was a professional furniture installer and assembler for 15 years, and I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. For the price of this product, it is well engineered, and designed with the novice in mind for a painless assembly. During my time as a furniture installer and assembler I have seen many outdoor furniture sets that had poor quality control. This leads to bolt holes not lining up correctly, threaded holes not being completely tapped for the bolts, and the customer on the hook for either drilling/ tapping new holes, or having to force metal pieces to line up. It was almost a given that I would have to “work around” or “rig” at least a couple of pieces of hardware with every outdoor set I would do in the past. This was true even with the pricey sets. So I expected to have to do so with this one as well. To my surprise, out of the 14 piece set I purchased, every single piece was manufactured as it should have been, and went together perfectly! The only issue in my purchase was one of the boxes had been mishandled by the shipping company and two parts were bent during transit. This issue wasn’t really even an issue, as I emailed the seller, with photos of the bent parts, and they immediately shipped the replacement parts, and I received them two days after reporting the damage.. quick response, no questions asked. I almost never take the time to leave product reviews, but I had to give credit where credit was due. For the price of the set, it far exceeded my expectations in quality, and the customer service I received for the replacement parts I needed is what prompted me to take the time out of my day to leave a review for others in the market for outdoor furniture. Compre estos por la calificación que tienen en Amazon, para ser honesto estos mismos muebles los consigues en Amazon con otros vendedores, aún precio similar, llegaron en 3 cajas A B y C, la caja C es pequeña donde solo traen las fundas de los cojines, primero llegó una caja y al día siguiente las otras. Esto es un problema, parece que siempre pasa y el vendedor lo sabe, la molestia es que tienes que comunicarte con ellos para que te den razón de donde andan las demás cajas, es un punto desfavorable para el vendedor que sabiendo de esto debería estar más pendiente de los nuevos compradores que no sabemos como lo manejan, los muebles están muy bien se ven muy bonitos y robustos, pero no son de la mejor calidad, vuelvo y repito, para el Precio son lo mejor del mercado, El Ratan se ve muy bonito, a su vez es muy delicado ten cuidado al rozarlo con alguna superficie áspera se dañan con mucha facilidad, me llegaron algunos dañados, pero traen cintas de Ratan para que los puedas arreglar, los cojines de la espalda son malos, faltos de relleno que los hacen un poco incómodos, para armarlos no tiene mucha ciencia, al principio un poco tediosos pero como vas avanzando se hacen muy fácil, trae instrucciones que para ser sincero no me sirvieron de mucho, también trae las herramientas desechables, te recomiendo que uses tus propias herramientas, que estos muebles vienen con tornillos exagonales para armarlos, es un verdadero fastidio. Al final el producto no está malo, se ven muy bien y bonitos, creo que los recomendaría, le doy 4 estrellas Mas que todo por el vendedor, que sabiendo del detalle del envío, el está tranquilo. ... show more

Happy customer here! This sectional is a very good value for the price! (I purchased while on sale). It arrived in the quoted time. It was easy to assemble. The cushions could be more supportive, but overall I would buy this sectional again. The customer service was excellent. I had a couple shipping questions and they were answered immediately. I also had an issue with a small hole in one of my back cushions. Not only did the company replace the cover for that back cushion, they sent me an extra cover for a back and seat cushion. We have been enjoying our sectional since its arrival! Overall extremely happy with this purchase! Would purchase from this company again!! ... show more

I am very satisfied with this product. The Seller has been very professional. The shipper, FedEx, was the main problem with receiving all the packages. each 6 piece set comes in 3 Boxes, two very large ones that have all the frames, feet, backrests, cushions and hardware, the other a smaller box of all the cushion covers. Unfortunately, FedEx lost one of the large boxes, which delayed assembly, to also include damaging some one of the other boxes. That all being said, the seller took care of everything. I found a few pieces that had some damage (probably from shipping), and they sent replacements out to me quickly. I really enjoyed taking the time to find out the right setup as I was assembling these to get a great layout for the family around the pool or late night movies when the weather is nice. Going to be reaching out to the seller soon again to see about where I may be able to purchase a replacement seat cushion and cover. My boys seemed to have misplaced it when we were putting everything back together after the Hurricane passed. ... show more
