They are well built, this is a comment I heard from the technicians that installed 3 units in one building. When I asked about the UL certification, I was told they have double certification, which this is important, it is the very first thing that the city inspectors check before adding the certificate of approval for its use. It has been now almost 3 weeks since the mini splits were installed and so far, they work very quietly, cooling the offices in a matter of few minutes. ... show more
