Was fairly easy to install after watching a few YouTube videos. Works great. It is fairly silent. It warms our 1000 sq ft garage in a few minutes. I love it and would do it again. So nice having the controlled environment. I also like that I can control it from my phone.

Purchased on June 10th and installed on June 17th by a licenced electrician and his father who installed a similar unit in their home weeks earlier. Worked great for a week and then refused to cool. Displays a P3 code which translates to "LOW FLUID". I called the DELLA CS number and after a 10 minute converstaion that was going nowhere, was told I needed to have a pressure registering tool and a temperature guaging tool in order for the technician to walk me through the troubleshooting process, oh.... but even then, there wasn't a tech available. I was then told to call someone in the area to come service it - and even if I do find someone willing to take a look, I would only receive a reimbursement on parts (If they qualify) even though it's under warranty. Take a hard Pass on this purchase unless you have a degree in HVAC and all the tools to check your system. Also, hope your unit left the warehouse with sufficiant freon to run your system for more than a couple of days. Basically I'm screwed. Do you have any idea how difficult it will be to rebox this thing up and return it? Truly regretting this venture. ... show more

Overall hapoy with the purchase, cools well, had it in for about a month. My unit is installed in a 2 car garage and keeps our product cool for our business. You defenetely need a licensed HVAC and also an electrician to install this. Reason for 4 stars is because the unit arrived damaged, (see picture) it is dented on the outside so not a huge deal. I tried returning it but they said I need to pay for shipping which would be astronomical, decided to just keep it. Lastly, the holding bracket and pipe covers you see on the outside were not included in the purchase and had to shell out additional 200$. Hvac guy charged 1800$ for install, and electrician friend 200$. This is midwest america. Hopefully the additional costs help whoever is considering buying this unit. Otherwise its very quiet, and cools very well. Had it about 2 months now. ... show more

Great Mini-Split AC – Perfect for a Hot Texas Concession Stand Bought this to help cool a 500 sq ft concession stand packed with 4 beverage fridges and 3 freezers — and with 100°+ days here in Texas, that’s no small task. Two months in, and I’m very happy with the performance. It keeps the space comfortable and handles the heat load well. Installation was straightforward. I rented a vacuum pump from the local auto parts store to pull a vacuum before charging, and everything else was simple to set up. Great product but they use UPS to deliver and they are the worst. My mini splits always arrive damaged and dented. Makes it hard to run my business, make a living and keep my customers happy.
