When I bought this product,the description said it cools up to 800 sq ft. Now the description says it cools up to 650sq ft. The owners manual says it only cools up to 550sq ft. My apartment is 615sq ft. If I would've known it only did 550, I wouldn't have bought it. I don't like deception. The AC worked great for the one night but didn't cool the whole apartment the way it should. I feel scammed. AC generates a lot of moisture too. Need to run it on dehumidifier.

The air conditioner must have been defective because it kept blowing warm air. I contacted the company and they were kind enough to do a refund for us and we did appreciate the way they handled our concerns.

In this heat, to leave it downstairs is inexcusable. They did NOT follow directions to bring it up, or the clear directions from building management
