    • Makes me feel stupid...
This is my first computer with two internal disk drives, an SSD and HHD. Everything is installing on my SSD so now my 512 GB SSD drive is almost full while my HHD drive is empty and now it is saying my One Drive (cloud) has no memory and wants me to purchase more??? It needs to manage these storage options automatically for those of us not accustomed to doing it manually. ... show more

I ordered this computer here because I thought I could return it if it did not work right. It worked great for 3 weeks then I rebooted one day and it booted to a black screen, I know alot about computers, have built several of them, bottom line you would be beterr off going to computer maker for better deal, I even took this to a computer shop to repair ir rather than the hassle of sending it back to Amazon, so the time computer was in shop to keep from having to return it made it possible for Amazon to say no refund. This is the last computer I ever buy at this site and I have been Prime member 20 years. This is nuts. Computer shop could not determine what was wrong but said it was terminal. That's when I called Amazon to return it for a replacement and was told I missed cutoff by a few days. Wow, so now I have a very expensive door stop, thanks to Amazon. ... show more

The case was received damaged in the rear. The top section where the case lock is located is the damaged area. I’m hesitant to open it because I don’t know if it will close and lock again. This obviously should not have been shipped in this condition.
