Awful battery life of 3 hours doing the bare minimum possible processes on this thing, but if you keep it hooked up its a fantastic laptop otherwise. Screen is amazing but not good at resisting water so be careful with this thing.

    • Computer was defective. Would not boot up!
This vender said they had remanufactured products from DELL. I question this as the one they shipped to me was defective. It would not boot-up. I telephoned them and disconnected power cord and held start button for 40 seconds. Replaced power cord and held start button for 40 seconds. Dell logo appeared for 4 seconds and turned off. Many repeated attempts (7) produced same results. Logo on for 4 seconds and blank screen. I shipped computer back to vendor. AMAZON SHOULD NOT ALLOW THIS VENDOR ON THEIR WEBSITE. ... show more

    • its not "like-new"
its ok but does feel used; in "good" not like new condition. keyboard buttons do not feel tight like a new laptop. this will only last 2 years and not really worth the lower price for an older laptop. The outside and power cord were dirty - box was pretty old and beat up too but it works "ok".

Hi. Great graphics and super fast. But Intel's Killer wi-fi 6 ax1650i 160mhz wireless network causing a lot of troubles. Google check confirms - it's common problem.

A boxing was a little damaged but it’s fine, the laptop was in a good condition no scratches were visible and honestly if you put the new one and this one together you may not be able to tell the difference plus i could get the new one but specially i got it from Amazon renewed products because really it’s better to think a little about our planet. Overall I think there’s nothing wrong with this laptop and it’s great👍 ... show more
