Other than the fact this laptop stopped working just over a month after we purchased it, we were satisfied with it. My main dissappointment, however, is with Amazon. Because the laptop stopped working after the 30-day return period we had to pay a $340 restocking fee for a computer that did not work. Needless to say, no more expensive purchases on Amazon. I have had nothing but problems with this machine. Dell told me I did not have a service agreement and I was denied professional dell service. Turns out I DID have an agreement but all the money I had spent out of pocket was just too bad. They did not even offer to extent the coverage since I was denied. I have had the same problem fixed 3 times and now after dell had it for a month it is not working again. I have asked for my money back and they just stay too bad. They ruined my OS and none of my saved data was usable. It was all corrupted. The keys on this laptop stick or do not type unless hit just right. I will never ever buy another dell product and have had absolutely no satisfaction on its repair. It would be nice if I could talk to a representative at amazon but there does not seem to be a person available and I am forced to use the automated system which gives me no personal contact. I am disgusted and feel I have wasted $1699 on this PODS ... show more

The fingerprint reader is worse than my 2013 hp pavilion. That said, this computer is the shiznoz. An unbelievable start up time, a long lasting battery for normal programs ( i’ve charged it on Sunday pulled it off the charger to study and then work on online classes 4 nights this week. It’s satu and still battery is above 25%, and I have not charged it all week.) however, I have yet to use it for heavy gaming or video editing. It’s only been 2 weeks and Amazon wants this review. Amazon gets what it wants. And I want to tell you, dear reviewer, that this 4K is pretty! Pretty, shiny, I can’t stop looking and might be getting absorbed into this scree... ... show more

    • Dell XPS are nice keyboards and touch screens but the Hinges a hinged off like plastic toys

Other laptops like from LENOVO, SAMSUNG and score others do not have chinzy hinges with a stiff monitor that is very hard to move back and forth putting pressure on their plastic hinges unline metal ones of other manfacturers. Unfortunately you dont get what you Pay For.

I closed this laptop and the bottom of it broke, now I can see exposed tech. The device no longer charges and Dell is saying its not covered by warranty. I think I'm going to have to pay to fix something that was the suppliers fault, pretty disappointed in this as the computer was for work. Dell support has tried but not been helpful. if someone from Dell could reach out to me I would really appreciate it. ... show more
