I've tried on a couple of different grippers before, but some of them were too bulky (thick) and some others just rub your hands uncomfortably. I needed these for pull-ups and nothing else. Just received them, so I can't speak to the longevity, but I trust they would last a long while based on the feel of the fabric. The suggestion on the site was that they run big now, but feedback from others said they run small. I wanted adequate coverage so I winged it and ordered a medium without measuring. It's perfect - yes, it's a little wide on my hands, but I have ample coverage and was able to do pull-ups without feeling like I was fighting with extra material. It's really hard to explain how great they feel, almost like putting on a piece of workout clothing and just getting to work - no struggles, no wardrobe malfunction at any point, no breaking-in period. Forget all the expensive name brands...bear komplex, etc. This does an excellent job!

I’ve had many gloves and grips over the years, but I’ve never felt happy with all of them. A friend at my box recommended LYFT-RX’s grips and after using them for a month now, I can say they’re my favorite. In a nutshell, I like the grips because of the design, protection, and durability. For the design, the sheet can be rotated or folded quickly when switching from pullups to another movement, for instance, deadlifts or burpees. This is important to me because, in the past, the delay I spent adjusting my glove or grips have cost me a new PR and even a podium finish. When it comes to protection, the grips also perform well. I train daily, so my palms and fingers take a beating. As mentioned, I’ve bought various gloves and grips to protect my skin from ripping, but they’ve all disappointed. With the LYFT-RX grips, no rips. Love it. As for durability, the grips are made of carbon fiber, which is better than the cloth or leather. I always include pullups in my workouts so it’s a hassle to buy a grip, only to tear it later because of the low-quality material. So far, my LYFT-RX grips are doing well after a month of constant use. Overall, a great product. A must-have if you’re serious about lifting and gymnastics. I cannot recommend it enough.

I’ve only used them twice since I got them, but I’ve loved them both times. Go bigger than you normally would so you have some slight overhang. They work great for bar work, or ring exercises. Great product for the price. Definitely worth giving them a shot.

These grips are fantastic at the gym. My hands never rip now. We recently took a pair to the lake to see how they worked while slalom skiing. Amazing, I could make minor adjustments and take the strain off of my forearms, arthritic hands and shoulders. Needless to say we are buying more.
