Spent $1,500 on this laptop and it’s internally damaged in the first week and no longer works AND the charger came apart all within a week. Please be aware before buying from this vendor. They completely lied on the quality of the refurbish.

    • Defect on new XPS 15
This computer is less than 2 months old and has had a randomly flickering screen when I use the touchpad since day 1. So far I’ve spent at least 5 hours troubleshooting with Pro Support. Today the machine has been out of commission for over 2 hours while I fiddled around with support for 30 minutes then uninstalled and reinstalled Windows at their instruction. This is my primary business computer and it’s getting to the point I’m researching Lemon Laws in my state. The video depicts the flickering. ... show more
