I ordered Dell XPS 15 notebook from Westlake and when I received it the sound didn't turn on. I tried every thing from running Microsoft Sound Troubleshooter, checking all connections and audio settings to calling Dell technical support but could not get the speakers to work. After exhausting all problem shooting tactics, I gave up and returned the computer for a full refund. To my surprise I only received 1/2 refund of the $1,600 I spent on the computer. I messaged Westlake to see why I only received 1/2 of the refund and of course haven't heard a response. I will not purchase from Westlake and take a chance on losing $800 from him again.     • Not a good choice
Not worth the money. Speed is good but the lcd screen is very sensitive. Be very careful you don’t leave anything on the keyboard by accident or it will ruin the screen when you close it. Has happened twice. Luckily I got the insurance and Dell came to the house to repair it. I really would have liked the touch screen instead like my MSSurface has which has been a workhorse except I can’t update that one to MO11. ... show more

    • Sent me a defective returned laptop
The laptop was repackaged even had fingerprints on it. As soon as I set it up the screen started glitching on and off and continued to do it. So whoever had returned it most likely returned for that reason. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL ANYTHING FOR A SALE EVEN DEFFECTIVE AND RETURNED ITEM!
