Absolutely love this wrapper. I previously got a brand name one and it worked quite well for two seasons but it lasted only that period. But I got this new one much valuable and even more solid, heavy duty than well-known brand and absolutely no problems! There's no parts and pieces to worry about misplacing. No weird odors; nothing. Very disappointed with this product. I bought it for my small business and within 3 months , the plate stopped working. It wouldn't heat up anymore. As my business was a start up, everything adds up. I couldn't afford to get it shipped back n forth to the repair center offered by the seller and be without anything in the mean time.
