But I got this new one much valuable and even more solid, heavy duty than well-known brand and absolutely no problems! There's no parts and pieces to worry about misplacing. No weird odors; nothing. The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the CW-500E manual film wrapper for packaging products, and it’s been a game-changer. The build quality is solid, heavy-duty metal frame and a sturdy heating plate that maintains a consistent temperature. Once you get the hang of the motion, wrapping becomes super quick and clean. Perfect for small businesses or home operations that want to give products a polished, professional look. Just make sure you're using the right gauge of film (I use 60 gauge) and give the heating plate a minute or two to fully warm up. Highly recommend for anyone looking to step up their packaging game without breaking the bank. Much better than the slightly cheaper Chinese-made ones. Compared it to several sold on Amazon and this is the winner for us. Comes with instructions that are easy to follow.

Not sure what's going to happen when the roll gets smaller, it looks like it will fall through the guide rollers. Poor installation instructions, illustrations don't match the machine.

I want to start off this review by saying that this product has been helpful to me in the beginning. I started to see some problems with this product when I was using it more and more. As the wrapper started to thin out, it now keeps getting stuck in the middle so I had to install a holder to keep it up. I would say this machine is not good for personal uses as it can be hard to use it effectively in the long run. This would be good for businesses if you have a bigger wrapper. At home though, you would not need a big wrapper at all. So please consider buying this only if you are using this for business purposes, not personal uses.
