To be honest, I am worried about this laptop is not a brand-new one initially. After I found Amazon provides a short period of free return, I decided to give it a try and I am glad I bought this laptop. This works fine and fast compared to my old one. Update 2 months after buying the laptop: The laptop couldn't work after updating drivers, so I ask for a replacement. However, instead of a replacement, they returned my money directly. In fact, I am not happy with this. The customer service said I can re-buy the laptop, but the price goes up for 50 dollars. The policy is strange. ... show more
